The Client

Bet365 is one of the world’s leading online gambling groups, boasting in excess of 14 million customers in two hundred countries. Currently with over 2,100 employees, the business is the largest private employer in the city of Stoke-on-Trent.

Despite being a fairly young business that launched in a portakabin in 2000, Bet365 has grown into one of the world’s largest companies of its kind, with revenues of £646 million and an operating profit of £116.5 million.

The Brief

Bet 365 had recently hired a Head of Projects to direct various and extensive IT developments.

To support the Head of Projects, multiple Project Managers were needed. Uniting Ambition was therefore tasked with finding talented PMs who could work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment and integrate with Bet365’s company culture.

The Solution
