Integral to Lookers is their digital strategy, which has it has heavily invested in. This investment will allow Lookers to develop the functionality for customers to dynamically browse, book and engage with their digital platforms and social channels, on any device.
We were approached by Lookers CIO to support them in the growth of their “digital transformation” team. The partnership was designed to ensure all candidates were the right culture fit, with the ability to work within an unstructured, fast paced environment whilst it continued to grow.
Working closely with the CIO, we have continued to build a high performing, industry leading team. Due to the high volume of projects Lookers planned to undertake, the first step was to provide a number of high profile interim leaders to kick start key programmes of work.
