PMO – Slough – £450 per day

We are working with an innovative Global FMCG client that are experiencing high levels of transformation to support with their continued growth and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMO with experience of working within an FMCG environment, and more specifically having experience of working within a product R&D / Research and Development environment.
Working within the Commercial team, who are responsible for delivering a customer focused technology strategy across the sales, supply chain & R&D functions globally, the successful candidate will have responsibility for setting up a PMO function, governance and the operational efficiency, enabling the business unit to achieve optimum performance across project delivery.
The ideal candidates will have significant experience of the following:-
• Senior Stakeholder Management
• Change Management
• People Management
• Risk Management
• Setting up organisational Governance
• Adept in providing management information at executive level, worked with a plethora of technical, non-technical, cross functional and remote teams across various work streams globally
• Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (nice to have)
