Buiness Development Manager



Uniting Ambition are working in partnership with an Outsourcing business who have trippled in growth recently who are offering a great opportunity.  We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join a fast growing, innovative Business Process Outsourcing Company where you will take responsibility for generating New business opportunities to supply business process outsourcing solutions. 


This role will carry responsibility for the generation and development of sustained and profitable new business accounts across a range of market verticals.

Specific Responsibilities will include:

  • To identify, develop and win new business through a consultative sales process

  • To offer creative and unique solutions to client’s business needs

  • To effectively plan and manage the flow of business opportunities ensuring sufficient pipeline to meet the businesses growth objectives

  • To deliver consistent conversion on sales targets and new clients in-line with targets


  • To manage client SLA and service objectives to secure business ‘sign off’                                              


The ideal candidate will be able to evidence a successful track record of selling Business Process Outsourced solutions to senior business contacts across a range of business sectors and have the following attributes:

Competitive Salary upto £75,000 basic + bonus
